Quick update on First Light, the 48-story 459 condo unit going up at 2000 3rd Ave in Belltown (3rd and Virginia). Looks like they've poured about 13 of the 48 floors and glazing (windows) are starting to go in. Last I heard they're aiming to be complete in 2023, but sure looks like 2024...
