First Light, the 48-story 459-unit new condo building at 2000 3rd Ave, sent out closing notices November 5th telling buyers they need to close by November 20th:

This notice serves as notice under your Residential Unit Purchase and Sale Agreement that the expected Closing Date of your Residential Unit is [November 20, 2024]. You will be required to deposit all required funds and close escrow on or before that date.

15 days is a tight turnaround for buyers to get their financing lined up, especially with a bank holiday during that time frame.
