Spire, the 41-story 343-unit condo building at 2510 6th Ave that we've helped a number of buyers move into, has cut pricing on some units and is running a fall incentive with $15 to $25k credits.

Some examples are below, but definitely noteworthy that you can now buy into Spire, a brand-new building for less than $500k. And that's for a one bedroom and not a studio!

#906 was $510,000 is now $470,000 plus a $15,000 credit

#1310 was $943,000 is now $874,000 plus a $25,000 credit

#508 was $1,155,000 is now $1,063,000 plus a $25,000 credit

The fine print

This lump sum seller credit can be used towards allowable closing costs, rate buy down, HOA fees, other allowable pre-paids, etc. Incentive payout must follow lender guidelines. Valid on new contracts only. Not valid on Penthouse Sales or existing contracts. The incentive promotion is applicable only to primary and second home purchases.
