I own and manage Urban Living, a boutique Seattle and Bellevue real estate brokerage. I love lofts, floating homes, new construction, and mid-century moderns, but I will help you buy or sell just about anything! I help about 40 clients annually, putting me in the top 75 agents in Seattle by sales volume. Before becoming a real estate agent I sold a food-tech startup, ran marketing for Redfin, and worked as a program manager at Microsoft. I hold a Bachelor of Mathematics with a major in Computer Science from the University of Waterloo, so I’m always happy to geek out on pricing spreadsheets. I live in a floating home in Eastlake at Mallard Cove with my wife and two kids. Before that, I lived in the Central District for a year and on Capitol Hill for eight years at Trace Lofts and the Meritage.
