Avenue Bellevue is a twin tower condo project anchored by an Intercontinental Hotel. The developer started by offering 98 luxury units in the south tower for reservation with pricing starting at $1.3m and completion summer 2022. They've now released pricing for the 224 residences in the west tower:
- Studios from $600,000s*
- One bedroom homes from $700,000s*
- Two bedroom homes from $1.3 Million*
We hear Avenue Bellevue has a lot of reservations for the more expensive south tower, so we'd expect that the west tower will sell well given the more modest price ranges and the growing popularity of Bellevue with tech companies like Amazon and Facebook.
