Avenue Bellevue dominated Bellevue condo sales this year with a whopping 90 sales between their two towers! Check out the five best and most popular condos in 2024 below.

#1 - Avenue Residences

Avenue Residences, is the more "affordable" tower at Avenue Bellevue. This is its second year at #1 with 48 closings!

#2 - Avenue Estates

At a close second is the more luxurious sister tower of Avenue Bellevue, Avenue Estates, with 42 sales.

#2 - Mari Bellevue

Tied for second place with 42 sales is Mari, a 20-story condo with 138 units which opened its doors in 2024.

#3 - Bellevue Towers

With 43 floors and 539 units between two towers, Bellevue Towers came in 3rd with 30 sales in 2024!

#4 Washington Square

Washington Square Towers, the 25-story, 377-unit twin tower development, came in fourth with 22 sales across both towers.

#5 - Palazzo

Built in 2000, Palazzo, a 10-story 116-unit condo, came in fifth with 12 sales.
