First Light, the 459-unit condo coming to 3rd and Virginia has announced they're over 50% pending, and have yet to break ground! Definitely impressive sales momentum in this market for the most expensive condo.
Unlike other projects, we hear that First Light has multiple sales teams. As you expect, they have a team in Seattle, but word is that they also have sales teams in Vancouver and another in Asia, diversifying their buyer base.
Last we heard they have one studio left under $600k. Let us know if you're interested in it or what else they have available. We've helped other clients with First Light and think it is a great addition to Seattle's skyline.
