I'm not sure I'd be in the house I'm in now -- or any house really -- if not for Matt's steady guidance and partnership throughout the home shopping, mortgage and signing processes. As a first-time homebuyer, I knew I wanted a lot of hand-holding and reassurance along the way, from the first step to the last. I had conversations with a couple of agents, but no one felt right. I just wasn't confident that I would get what I wanted and needed, and had to really consider what sort of compromises I would have to make regarding my list of agent requirements. Fortunately during my online searches I came across Matt's blog, dedicated to all things loft: urbnlvn.com. Immediately after signing up for the newsletter Matt reached out personally with a very welcoming note that gave me confidence right away that he was the agent for me. We exchanged a couple of detailed emails including a short list of properties I found interesting.
