Spire, the 354-unit condo building coming to 600 Wall St has announced that they'll start pre-sales this fall and they've released initial pricing:

  • Urban One Bedrooms and One Bedrooms (531-776 Sq. Ft.) from the mid-$400,000s to $800,000 plus
  • One Bedrooms (671-776 Sq. Ft.) from the $600,000’s to $1 million plus*
  • One Bedroom, One Bedroom plus Den and Two Bedrooms (823-1,986 Sq. Ft.) from the $800,000’s to $3.3 million plus*
  • Two and Three Bedrooms and Three Bedrooms plus Dens (1,178-2,800+ Sq. Ft.) from the low $1.4 million’s to $5 million plus*

Parking option included for some homes while others are optional for an additional $75,000.
