Spire, the 352-unit condo building coming to 600 Wall has released some details by posting a number of units to the MLS late Friday night.

We must have been dropped from the Realogics press release email list as it looks like Spire had a reservation event today. Though I can't find mention of it anywhere, their Instagram hints at some sort of event today. They did post a number of units on the MLS late Friday night which says the "public" reservation event will be Saturday, October 13th, but that the sales center isn't opening until late October (why not just wait?) and that the seller may accept reservations earlier by appointment.

Pricing appears to range from $858 to $936 a square foot for 5th floor units, and $1,600 a square foot for a unit on the 33rd floor.
