š 500+ listings in 1 week (and rates at 7.22%)
Mortgage rates are at their highest point since January 2025, and we just logged the busiest week for new listings in the eight years weāve been tracking this dataāthe only week on record to cross the 500 mark. With the fall market wrapping up by late October, we'll quickly learn who is truly motivated to sell and who will choose to wait. While Iām usually an optimist, next year is already giving me pause. Is it giving you pause?
