How many new listings did we see in Seattle in April?

We saw 915 new listings in April, up from March’s 753 and up 29.2% from 775 new listings in April 2023.

751 homes went pending in Seattle in April, up from 564 in March. In April 2023, 787 homes went pending, an increase of 29% year-over-year.
