The median sales price of a single-family home in Seattle in April was $955,000, up from $922,950 in March and up 9% year-over-year from $875,000 in April, 2023.
How many new listings did we see in Seattle in April?
We saw 915 new listings in April, up from March’s 753 and up 29.2% from 775 new listings in April 2023.
How many homes went under contract or pending in Seattle in April?
751 homes went pending in Seattle in April, up from 564 in March. In April 2023, 787 homes went pending, an increase of 29% year-over-year.
How many homes were for sale in Seattle at the end of April?
There were 726 homes for sale on the last day of April, up from 682 for sale at the end of March. At the end of April 2023, there were 702 homes for sale.
The median days on market in Seattle was 6 for September, same as March.
The median percent of last list price was 100.0%.
How many homes closed in Seattle in April?
558 homes closed in Seattle in April, up from 504 in March. Last year, 541 homes closed in April 2023.
