July numbers for the downtown Seattle condo market have been released. The headline is that the median price is up to $628,000. The thing to remember right now is that there are not many sales of downtown condos, so the median price is pretty volatile!

What was the median condo sales price in Downtown Seattle?
Seattle’s median condo sales price in July was $628,000, up from June’s $529,250. This is a 5.5% increase year-over-year. In July of 2023, the median price was $595,000.
How many new condo listings did we see in July in Downtown Seattle?
We saw 56 new condo listings in July in Downtown Seattle, down from June’s 81 new listings. Compared to July 2023, new listings were up 6%.
How many condos were for sale in Downtown Seattle at the end of July?
