Canal Station North

Built in 2007, Canal Station North is a 106-unit condo building in northwest Seattle’s Ballard neighborhood. A unique setup, the property consists of two buildings—but those buildings have separate home owner associations and are managed by different property management companies. They do, however, share a vast list of common amenities, including lounge and conference rooms, a business center, fitness room and dry sauna, hot tub and spa.
