There’s plenty of development going on in downtown Bellevue, but this project by Bosa Development is shaping up to be one of the most interesting in years. Three condo towers are planned for the block, each rising more than 25 stories tall. We’re expecting roughly 455 homes spread across the buildings with a wide variety of floor plans to choose from. The early designs show glassy high-rises, a through-block pedestrian walkway, and a public plaza that pulls foot traffic into the site instead of walling it off. The ground-level base of the building will consist of retail, so the towers won’t feel isolated. They’ll connect right to the energy of Main Street and Bellevue Way. Pair all of that with underground parking, modern amenities, and the kind of clean, contemporary architecture Bosa is known for, and it’s easy to see why future buyers are already paying attention, even though it might be a while before they can call Main and Bellevue home. But the earlier you start putting the pieces together, the better. This property is going to fill up fast.
